Welcome evening
We look forward to starting PuG 2024 with you! The welcome evening will take place on 29 May 2024 in the Audimax of the University of Hamburg and offers the opportunity for first encounters and to meet your fellow science colleagues. Drinks and snacks will be available.
Conference documents can be collected on site from 6pm. You can register at the reception desk in the foyer of the canteen at Von-Melle-Park.
The conference programme begins on Thursday, 30.05.2024, at 9:00 a.m. with the symposium and ends on Saturday, 01.06.2024, with the closing remarks.

Social evening
We warmly invite you to our annual social evening, which will take place on Friday, May 31, 2024, from 7 pm to 2 am on the museum ship Cap San Diego. Enjoy a great evening with a view of the Hamburg Harbor.
There will be a vegan/vegetarian buffet available, and some complimentary drinks are included in the ticket price. After dinner, prizes will be awarded, and a DJ will provide musical entertainment. We deeply regret that the PUG band had to cancel their performance this year.
Discounted party tickets (€40, entry from 9:30 pm, 2 drinks) will be available for students and doctoral candidates from May 6th to May 19th. We look forward to a beautiful evening!
