Registration

The conference is fully booked. Registration for the social evening is open until May 19 only for registered participants.Please note that there will be no possibility to register for the conference or the social evening on site.

Party tickets are now available for students and doctoral candidates who have already registered for the conference. The party tickets can be booked until May 19th (10 p.m.). Additionally, it is also possible to book a regular ticket for the social evening by the same date.

Registration for the Social Evening

Reduced participation fee:When booking the reduced rate for students / Phd candidates, we ask for a current proof. The document can be uploaded during the registration process on the registration page. A limited number of tickets will go on sale from the 6th of May. However, this is dependent on the number of tickets already sold for the social evening.

For students, a valid certificate of enrollment for the summer term 2024 is sufficient. Doctoral candidates / PhD students without valid student status can upload an informal letter of recent date with the signature of their supervisor.
